Winterization Support Packages Distributed to 566   Vulnerable Families in Bamiyan Center

ActionAid Afghanistan has successfully distributed Winterization Support Packages to 566 of the most vulnerable and impoverished families in Bamyan Center. This initiative, a part of the AHF project in collaboration with the Afghanistan National Disaster Management Department, aimed to provide essential aid during the harsh winter season.

The distribution included the allocation of Winterization Support Packages across three categories:

  • 413 families received 20,990 Afs in cash along with 3 blankets each.
  • 91 families were provided with 20,200 Afs in cash.
  • 62 families received 14,715 Afs in cash.

These packages were handed out by ActionAid Afghanistan in Bamyan Center, totaling an impressive sum of 11,419,400 Afs in cash and 1239 blankets distributed, offering crucial assistance to those in need.

This endeavor highlights the dedication of ActionAid Afghanistan and its partners to support and uplift the most vulnerable members of the community, especially during challenging times.
