Successful Cash Assistance Reaches Vulnerable Families in Paghman District

Paghman District, Kabul — , ActionAid, through the AHF Winterization Project, successfully completed the distribution of cash assistance to vulnerable families in Paghman District. A total of 1,020 households received support, including 752 male-headed and 268 female-headed families. Each household was provided with 19,140 Afghanis in cash.

The project was well received by the community. According to feedback collected by ActionAid teams, 92 percent of beneficiaries expressed satisfaction with the assistance and the way it was delivered. This successful intervention highlights the importance of timely and inclusive support for vulnerable communities facing difficult conditions.
