ActionAid, Afghanistan Hosts Annual Programme Review Workshop in Kabul: A Focus on 2023 Operations and Future Strategies

A two-day Annual Programme Review and Reflection workshop for the year 2023 was held by ActionAid, Afghanistan in Kabul on the 31st of July and 1st of August 2024. The primary objective of this gathering was to reevaluate the programs, projects, and operations carried out in 2023, with a keen focus on analysing results, identifying opportunities, and addressing challenges.

The deliberations and outcomes of this workshop are set to play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the formulation of new strategic initiatives. The attendees were urged to glean insights from the event, especially emphasizing the importance of continuing successful practices and devising strategies to overcome hurdles in the future.

To ensure active participation and fruitful discussions, a set of questions was circulated among all participants, enabling them to come prepared and contribute meaningfully to the sessions.
