Community Mobilizer

Education & Training:

·      12 grade graduates at least minimum, bachelor's degree is highly desirable

·      For the IPC Training component of this role, a health background (midwife, nurse, or MD) is required.

Experience

1. 1-3 years’ experience in social mobilization, trainings and social work with involvement in emergency/livelihood and Health programs.

Technical Skills

·       Particular experience in community mobilization.

·       Team player with high level of facilitation skill.

·       Ability to work hard and long, self-driven

·       Hard worker under the high-pressure situation.

Sound knowledge of Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) principles, WASH-related hygiene promotion and adult training/facilitation techniques.
